We've spent decades working with incredible healthcare providers ranging from primary care physicians to specialists. We've also built families of our own and through our children, parents, and ourselves, experienced the support that only fantastic healthcare providers can deliver.

But more recently as we spoke to our friends and providers in the industry, something surprised us. Incredible clinicians who were passionate about delivering best-in-class care were starting to look beyond the traditional systems. They were looking for flexible working hours, better financial opportunities, and the ability to focus on the clinical areas they cared most about.

However, they faced barriers. Starting and running a practice is overwhelming, requiring thousands (or tens of thousands) of dollars and expensive lawyers to navigate complex federal and state requirements. As we talked to more providers, we kept hearing the same things—it's expensive, it's slow, it's confusing, it's time-consuming, and it's frustrating to start and grow your own practice.

We started Prax Health to change this. We believe that when healthcare providers can provide high-quality care directly in their communities, everyone wins—the providers, their patients, and the communities we all love. The best way to do this is to make starting, running, and growing a practice unbelievably easy.
